This listing is for 15 Healthy Green Taro Bulbs.Dwarf Taros are wonderful for water and tropical gardens. Adding a taro plant is just what your water garden or tub garden needs. Ideal for a ground cover or underplanting. Beautiful miniature velvety leaves on bluish green stems. Pronounced vein. Leaves are about 4″ to 8″ wide. Fast growing. Grows approximately 10″ to 20″ tall. Semi shade. Water depth 1″-6″. Zone 8 or higher. They are tropical plants but can be brought indoors and enjoyed in winter. Some bulbs have several growing tips and will grow into several plants from a single bulb. Very easy to plant, just place bulbs in moist soil in a pot or in the ground with growing tips above the soil. Leaves will sprout within 5-10 days or longer depending on soil and climate. Plant them in small pot first until several leaves have grown then put the whole pot in shallow water (dont put the bulbs directly into the water as they will rot.)
