When they have four true leaves, begin fertilizing the seedlings every two weeks with half-strength liquid fertilizer. Transplants Wait at least two weeks after the last frost to transplant the seedlings outdoors. you should take a full two weeks to acclimate the plants to outdoor conditions before planting them in the ground.
