A great source of dietary fiber, vitamin B, and dietary minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, and magnesium. You can harvest the young leaves at around 35 days. You can eat them raw or cooked. Then collect the high protein, nutty-tasting seeds. It can grow to around 2-4 feet tall and 2 feet wide on a woody central stem. The flowering panicles form on the top of the plant or from a leaf axil. It prefers to grow in full sun with average water needs.
