Lagenaria siceraria Benincasa fistulosa Tinda Indian Round Gourd Nestled among bright yellow flower is a unique small, round gourd that grows to about 4 ounces. Light green balls fruit among 4 foot vines. Flowering begins in about 30 days from setting out and fruit can be picked 3 weeks later. The tinda is mainly grown for its immature fruit especially popular in South Asia. ===== Some seeds require some experience in growing.
