Goldenberry or Cape gooseberry is the most delicious sweet sour berry around. Also referred to as Peruvian Inca berry and so easy to grow giving an excellent crop of berries in the summer or almost year round in a greenhouse in our USA zone 9b. You can let them die back in winter, mulch over and they come up fine in the spring. We grow many varieties and this one having a cherry flavor to it. Watch for our other flavors coming right up! Perfect to eat straight from their papery casing, and wonderful on top of cheesecake or ice cream. You will get 6 fresh cuttings, ready to root.
