The Carolina F1 cucumber is a very early, pickling cucumber variety. This variety is a white-spined cucumber that is best used for pickling, but is also a good fresh eater. This cucumber produces excellent fruit and bearing quality. The Carolina is known for having a low percentage of nubs and crooks.
