To dry the flowers or seed pods: Cut stems and hang upside down in cool location. Culinary Uses:Seeds - raw or cooked. It is normally used as a condiment having a nutmeg flavor. Each plant has a short bloom season, so it is best to have successive plantings every three weeks to have blooms all season.
