Re-seeds if you let it grow (go to flower and set seed heads). Purslane is used in salads or can be munched on as is. Purslane has a lot of calcium, iron, vitamin A and C, potassium and amino acids. It is also one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Press seeds into surface of soil and keep moist until germination. Plant prefers full sun. It is kind of like a cactus. It holds water in the leaves and is drought tolerant. It is not frost tolerant, but if it had grown out and seeded, you will have plants next year. 100 seeds/pkt.
