Self Heal (Prunella vulgaris) Seeds, organic All Heal. Self heal is a herbaceous perennial in the mint family and is hardy to Zone 3-9. The plant prefers full sun and moist soil. It will grow 10-12 inches tall and does spread. Sow seed in the Fall or put in fridge for a couple weeks before planting as seeds need a cold cycle to germinate. Space plants one foot apart. Pick at full flowering and dry in the shade. Flowers and leaf are used for medicines and tea. 50 seeds.
