Shipping Coverage

We currently offer local shipping within Kenya only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: KSh 650 for all orders between KSh 2,000 and KSh 19,999.
Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of KSh 20,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
No Shipping: Orders below KSh 2,000 do not qualify for shipping and must be picked up in-store or adjusted to meet the minimum value.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed and handled within 0 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once dispatched, please allow 0 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Kenya.

Total Shipping Time

From the time of order placement to final delivery, the maximum shipping timeframe is 20 business days.
