1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MathaiSprouts.co.ke (the “Website” or “we/us/our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), along with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in Kenya to form a binding contract with us to use this Website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Orders

  • All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotions listed are subject to change without notice.

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limited stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

  • Orders below KSh 2,000 do not qualify for home delivery; you may either increase the order value or arrange for in-store pickup.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payment via the methods shown on the Website.

  • Incorrect or incomplete billing information may result in order delays or cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be handled and shipped as per our Shipping Policy:

  • No shipping for orders below KSh 2,000.

  • Flat rate shipping of KSh 650 for orders between KSh 2,000 and KSh 19,999.

  • Free shipping for orders of KSh 20,000 or above.
    Estimated total delivery time (handling + transit) is up to 20 business days within Kenya. See full details in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We honour returns and exchanges under certain conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or misrepresented items may be returned or exchanged within the timeframe specified in our policy.

  • The customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise noted.

  • We aim to process refunds or exchanges within a reasonable period after receiving returned items.
